Our Mission

We aim to provide a comprehensive, high quality service to older people from the African and Caribbean community in Kensington and Chelsea and the neighbouring boroughs to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

The Pepper Pot Day Centre will use available resources within the community to meet the social, cultural, physical, emotional and psychological needs of African and Caribbean elders, ensuring that each individual enjoys a high quality life.

Annual Report

With much enthusiasm but also much planning, in 2006 we entered our silver Jubilee year.
This represents twenty five years of providing selfless and dedicated, but an ever-increasing range and quality of service to the elderly

African Caribbean people for whom the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and other neighbouring boroughs are home.
Our celebration activities started with a visit to our Centre by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
