How we help you stay healthy and active

Our mission is to provide high quality, safe, person-centred, culturally specific care services, thereby empowering the Pepper Pot users to play a more effective role in their health and well being. We do this at the Centre by facilitating a range of stimulating, social, therapeutic, health promoting and fitness activities as well as by arranging various local and international outings and trips.

A big warm welcome

Pepper Pot is a meeting place for many older adults who would otherwise be isolated and lonely. The Centre receives referrals from Adult Social Services, NHS, GPs, friends and neighbours. It also provides daytime respite to the care givers of those service users whose round-the-clock requirements mean they are unable to manage on their own. The Centre is therefore a wonderful benefit and support to both the service users and their families.

Pepper Pot keeps a community cohesive, happy and supported. The level of hospitality and service are important for physical health and mental stimulation. – Shaun Bailey
